Where to begin....

.... so many things have happened since we last spoke (are you really talking back to your pc?) and I've updating our website with new pics and pages.  So instead of going chronologically, how about I start in the middle, with some of the things that stick out the most.

First of all, it's just odd how you forget a sensation after a long time or not feeling it.  I suppose child birth is a good example but in my wildest dreams I never imagined that you'd forget what COLD feels like.
As soon as we (the girls and I went a week early) arrived in Dallas we were freezing in our short skirts and sandals.  So we took a cab to Chris, where we stayed for a couple of days and I immediately turned around and went to the store to acquire some cold weather clothing for the girls.  Not sure what was more odd, being able to go to the store to buy clothes at 11pm on a Saturday night or being cold while doing it
The girls then went to spend a week at their Mema and Poppas house where they had a BLAST!!!

Explora and the boys arrived the week after and  went to stay with their Dad.  They had such a good time playing with their 'old' toys and vide games again.  We also got to enjoy Thanksgiving lunch at Chris and Trish's house, which was lovely, even though there wasn't any Turkey (joke).

While in the US we visited with a gazillion people, including the amazing David Chicken with whom we had an incredibly fun recording session.  The boys even got to lay down some of their original tunes and I can't wait to hear the Chicken music we contributed to.

As always the gracious and gorgeous Catrine was the host to the grown up's for most of our visit and we are thrilled to return the favour (Anguillian/Brittish spelling, deal with it) as she is in Anguilla visiting us right now.

Sources say that there might have also been a poker game at a close friend's house but nobody was willing to confirm.  If you look through the pictures located here closely enough, you might find the girls giving some lovin' to the dog of the poker game host

Ooooh, and I almost forgot, we experienced great timing and got to attend a Timberline Reuinion party, which is the boys' former school and they got to visit with all their classmates.  Thanks for having us guys!
There were also several play-dates, with the boys best friends and the oldest child's girl-friend, who cried when he left.  Those two have been together for four years and have already decided to get married when they turn 17!!!
