After reading this story about the country's first escalator in the paper, we just had to go check it out.
So last night the boys and I went to the ElDorado 'mall', which basically consist of a handful of stores, that just happened to be in the same building.  They did put a second story on that building a few months ago, which is where the escalator comes in. Of course the first thing the boys did was run in the 'mall', jump on the escalator and start walking backwards on it and yell

"OH WOW, CHECK IT OUT MOM, AN ESCALATOR"

I understand that that should result in the removal of their US passports since they apparently forgot that we lived in the US all their life, until about 10 months ago!


Hmmm, I wonder if there are any elevators on the island?
