I've promised to blog about this in the past and thanks to my blog-reader - today is your lucky day!

"How Marriage Works" is something I've wondered in the past, before finding out "How Divorce Works" and eventually understanding "How Men Work" as well as "How Women Work", which led me to the conclusion of....

....marriage is crap and merely serves to:
a) organize some big expensive party where you are the focal point
b) allow two FORMERLY sane and independent people into thinking you no longer have choices
c) take the guilt (for you religious people) out of having out-of-wedlock babies
d) make you stop caring for YOURSELF as much, since you now have someone that agreed to put up with you for (supposedly) ever

Ok, obviously I'm leaving out the important legal aspects here but think about it, isn't it MUCH harder to be in a relationship with someone WITHOUT being married?
Don't you treat yourself and the other person better when you (and they) think they COULD walk out at any point?
