Happy Birthday Oma!

I'm a bit worn out in the birthday department, but at least I don't have to organize a party/cake/presents for today's birthday girl....

My super-cool Mom is turning "sixty and change" today and while I'm not able to be in Switzerland to join in -  I'm willing to bet that there will be some sort of celebration, music and adult beverages involved, perhaps even some belly dancing.

I am told that she got quite an unusual birthday present - a 1983 Deuschwo soft-top cabriolet, Citroen 2CV, restored by hand - otherwise known around Europe as a "Ente" or duck.


Can't wait to get a picture of it, or better yet, take it for a test-drive around Switzerland
