Hot off the press, here the pics from the girls' birthday party.
It was a lovely day, especially on our patio....



....and the kids had a great time blowing bubbles and making key chains and coin purses.



And then... then bounce house arrived and the kids (and some grown-ups went nuts).



Logan has been cooking and baking with me for about a year and a half now and he made the upside-down, coconut-pineapple cake for the girls, almost entirely by himself.



And the perfect dot on top of the i, came in the shape of a dinner conversation, after everyone had left.

Dylan: "I liked my party, it was like my wedding"
Me: "Your wedding?  Who are you gonna marry"
Dylan: "No, I mean the wedding on the TV show 'Little Bear' actually"
Logan: "Dylan is gonna marry a BEAR??" (joking)
Dylan: (speaking like Logan is the biggest idiot)
    "no, Logan there ARE NO BEARS on Anguilla!"
