ALUG - Call for Session Abstracts

K, guys, ALUG is moving along nicely (ahem), so if you're interested in presenting, please submit your abstracts in the shape of comments.  So far we have the following sessions on the "schedule".
Oh and I got a new site for the event, it's www.ALUG2007.com  www.ALUG2008.com (content to follow)

"How to Orchestrate Collaboration with Three Platforms of Notes: Soul, Reggae, and Calypso"
"Hands-On Case Study: The 12 Beers of the Caribbean"
"Lab: Shades of White - a comparison of the 33 beaches of Anguilla"
"Lotus Connections: Social networking across tropical boundaries"
"Will it live?  Mixing Domino Developers (or end users) and sharks"
"Hands on Lab and Factory Tour: How to choose a rum- Pyrate, Bounty, Mount Gay, El Dorado, Brinley Gold, Caroni, Cruzan, English Harbour, Sunset"
"Up All Night: DST fixes for the Atlantic Time Zone"
"BOF: Snorkeling techniques to maximize your Lobster dinner (includes dinner and grilling demo)"
"REPEAT: Hands-On Case Study: The 12 Beers of the Caribbean"
"Field Trip Lab: Taking pictures the right way - a photo safari of Anguilla"

While the date for ALUG hasn't been set yet, the questions are starting to roll in, so here the developing Q&A section:
  1. Materials presented at ALUG are highly confidential. Under no circumstances are cameras allowed on the premises (beaches). Any and all evidence/cameras/cell phones/Blackberry's will be confiscated.
UPDATE: Cameras ARE allowed on ths island, just not during sessions.  This is for the protection of everyone involved as bathing suit/beer/rum pictures on FlickR and/or YouTube would surely not do anyone any good.
  2. Due to the confidential nature of the ALUG sessions, signing of an NDA is required (no exceptions or modifications of the NDS allowed)
  3. In order to adjust to the local customs, weather and humidity of Anguilla, it is strongly suggested that you arrive at least 5 days before the event, contact me at "francie at wave-technology dot com" to arrange for your accommodations. Since system-shock after ALUG is to be expected, a few additional dates to unwind are recommended as well.
  4. Renting a car on the island is not suggested, unless you're used to driving on the left and are from the UK/Irland/Scottland and you don't drink.  So that pretty much excludes everyone.  Bus service will be provided from the hotel to any of the sessions/beaches.
  5. Spouses/partners/kids should be brought along, I'm hiring several nannies to accommodate any outages that should be done without souses/partners/kids.   If you decide to leave them at home, feel confident that rule number 1 will be strictly enforced.
  6. UPDATE: Hurricane season is a myth as there is a 5% chance during any week that we'll get hit by a hurricane.  The good news is that everything here is built out of steel-enforced concrete... and besides, you could die walking across the strees, so I can guarantee you, you won't care about hurricanes after a few Rum Punches made with the local Pyrate rum.
Session abstracts anyone?

    12:10 - 14:00 Break
    14:00 - 14:10 Second session
