Bad News: Being told that your car isn't going to run again for a while, after having to wait for 40 minutes for someone to help you fix your car, which has broken down twice in the past 30 minutes, on your way to your favorite Sunday afternoon reggae bar, with your twin girls.

Good News: Deciding to get on a boat, to Scilly Cay (the tiny island in the middle of this video) for a swim and to listen to some steel band music until the car gets fixed.

Great News: Running into your best friends on the island, which are also on their way to Scilly Cay and spending the afternoon with them, swimming, talking and dancing.
