Who Let the Cow's Out

Apparently the super-posh suburb of Southlake is celebrating it's 50th
anniversary, and in honor of the occasion, they put up a bunch of art
cows (and steers) in the Town Square shopping center, which we discovered during a recent trip to the Passport office.
