Counter Clock-Wise
Usually, it takes no more than 20 minutes into my Admin Bootcamp classes for the question "where do you live" to come up. It's inevitable and in most classes it comes up during my introduction.
Today, however, I made it all the way to lunch without being asked.... until I led the students to the cafeteria next door, which involved exiting out a revolving door. I did think it was a bit odd that the revolving door did NOT have a handle on it, as I pushed my way out to the left, in a clock-wise fashion.
Judging by their facial expressions and hesitant attempts to follow me, my students didn't think the revolving door was odd - but that I was - as they tried to follow me out the wrong side of a revolving door.
Technically speaking - they didn't ask me where I live then, they just looked at me like I was really weird.
And being the sleep (and luggage) deprived genius that I am, I didn't catch onto WHY they were looking at me like I was weird until another student led the way back into the building - this time by pushing the door to the right.
And wouldn't you know it - there was a handle on that side!
