Tomorrow's Halloween, and while that isn't a holiday that is celebrated here in Anguilla, we've been working on importing it - by scaring the crap out of the locals in our scary outfits and carved pumpkins (grin)

So while the last minute costume preparations are in full gear, here some highlight of the last few years:
