As I was trying to contain numerous kids in a bounce house at the "Police Jamboree" on Saturday, the whole place started buzzing with news of a "horrible" plane crash at the local airport.

Now in general, nothing ever happens in Anguilla, so whenever someone from a small island tells you about some "breaking horrible news", it typically means that nothing too serious actually happened but that the 60% of made up story that went along with it, made it big, exciting news.

Turns out the "horrible plane crash" was merely a twin engine Beechcraft landing in the grass and nobody got hurt.
And don't even THINK about blaming this mishap on my travel curse, but that reminds me that I still owe you the story of my 30 hour trip from hell back from Orlando.....
