You Suck at Photoshop
I love Photoshop!
It makes good pictures better and allows you to put your friends heads on cartoon characters.
After watching the below video series (go watch them in order), I now realize, that Donnie Hoyle is brilliant and that I, actually DO suck at Photoshop.
Seriously, what better way to educate people on little known features of Photoshop?
Can you imagine a clean(ish) version of this for little known features of IBM Lotus products?

Designers are communicators. They put their technical and artistics skills to deliver a message a purpose, a project throught a web page, a magazine, an object, etc. Their designs serve a purpose. Some designers are artists because they put their technical and artistic skills to make a piece of art. But in this case there is no purpose, is just the need of a self expression and the compulsion to create. One person can be an artist and a designer, but when is designing is just a designer and when is creating with no goal just for the pleasure or torment to create then is just an artist.
