It's hard to get the scale of something like this across, as it never looks the same on pictures and videos as it does in real life. For example, the waves in one of the below videos were easily 7 ft tall, but since there's nothing to compare it to in the shot, it's hard to tell. The waves at that beach by the way, are usually a foot high.

It was a different place the day after for sure, not the usual calm tranquil place, but from what I hear (am not in Anguilla right now) it's already back to normal.
