Daydreaming
Am procrastinating and hence imagining making a reality show, where all encountered problems can only be solved with three things = duct tape, 5 minute epoxy and/or cable ties..... like a more geek mix between McGuiver and "Man vs. Wild"!
Airline lost your luggage? - No problem, make duct tape clothing.
Car broke down on your way to a meeting? - Use the cable ties to hold it together.
About to miss your flight 'cause the boat to St Maarten has a leak? - Epoxy to the rescue!
Wardrobe malfunction while swimming with the dolphins? - Use duct tape or cable ties to solve the problem!
At Starbucks working and need to the bathroom but don't want your laptop stolen? - Cable ties make a mighty fine laptop chain/lock.
Have a client that wants to make their server more secure? - Use epoxy to permanently shut their CD or USB drives!
Kids fighting getting out of hand? - Duct tape one of heir legs together and make them do a chore until they learn collaboration.
Stuck in the creepiest hotel on a strange island? - Epoxy will keep that room door shut til the morning and if that fails.
Got a kid with a broken arm that can't play on the beach? - Duct tape will take care of that right away!
Creepy Russian conference attendee following you around? - Wild card assignment! You get to use all three materials!

Hey Francie...just thought I would chime in...I tend to fix everything with duct tape and my ex wife used to make fun of me for it...until we were running late for a dinner party and the hem of her favorite dress became partially un-stiched...guess who was there with the duct tape? C'est Moi!

Duct tape is the shiznit and I am never without it, even when traveling. It's saved me from busted luggage, car and clothing issues to taping down cords at client sites. Oh and I've made kids toys, school supplies and Christmas presented out of that stuff too!
Some people might find it odd that I import duct tape from the US whenever I go there, but by the time you buy it here in Anguilla the glue is all melted, hence making it weaker.
Also, once I jumped out of an airplane named duct tape. I bet you can figure out why it was called that too

Francie, while I don't blame you in the slightest for jumping out of and aeroplane named duct tape, I'm amazed you got in it in the first place!
Anecdote: The one time I jumped (and believe me, it was similarly one you'd be quite happy to jump out of)our instructor said "If things go wrong, don't do anything unless I tell you to. But face it, at least you're perfectly dressed for the occasion"
